WARRANTY EMERGENCIES:

For Warranty Emergencies; Water Intrusion; Plumbing Back-up (first 30 days of occupancy), total power or Heating and Air failure, please call our Emergency Hot-Line at 702-380-2181.

HARMONY HOMES WARRANTY SERVICE REQUEST

In order to process service calls of our new homeowners systematically, all Warranty Service Requests must be done in writing via through our website. (Homeowner maintenance matters are the responsibility of the homeowners and may not be considered.) Before submitting the request, review your warranty agreement and Homeowner's Manual to determine if items submitted are warrantable items.
